House has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a double bed. Rooms share one bathroom with bath, separate shower and separate toilet. Open loft with one ¾ bed is ideal for a child and can also accommodate adults. Open plan dining room and lounge with full bouquet DSTV. Full kitchen and wrap-around under-cover porch with ample seating with either a view on the river or the mountain.

Share open Lapa and swimming pool with the chalets.

Easy access to the river for fishing or enjoyment.

NB! Never leave your fire unattended. Please extinguish it thoroughly after use. Unattended open fires are always an irresponsible risk.

Terms

• A deposit of 50% is due within 24 hours of reservation.
• To guarantee your reservation, the 50% must be deposited into the bank account indicated below.
• Unfortunately, the reservation is cancelled should the 50% deposit not be effected within this time period.
• Full payment is due one week before check-in.
• Cancellations are free of charge 10 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge 90% of the full rate as a cancellation fee.
