This luxury house has two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms are en-suite with a bad, shower and toilet. One bedroom has a view of the river and pecan orchard, and one has a view of the pecan orchard and the mountain. Full open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. Full bouquet DSTV on request. Covered patio with braai facilities. Two garages. Easy access to the river for fishing or enjoyment.

NB! Never leave your fire unattended. Please extinguish it thoroughly after use. Unattended open fires are always an irresponsible risk.

Terms

• A deposit of 50% is due within 24 hours of reservation.
• To guarantee your reservation, the 50% must be deposited into the bank account indicated below.
• Unfortunately, the reservation is cancelled should the 50% deposit not be effected within this time period.
• Full payment is due one week before check-in.
• Cancellations are free of charge 10 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge 90% of the full rate as a cancellation fee.
